The origin of "Freedom & Discipline" originates in a British educational philosophy that JAC Group's founder, Tadayoshi Tazaki, discovered while studying at a public school in the UK. The concept stems from the idea that learning should not be forced. If our relationship to learning is formed in tandem with self-discipline and genuine curiosity, learning will come to us naturally. JAC (Japan Agency & Consultancy) was originally established in London with the aim of supporting Japanese citizens living in the UK. Our company name, JAC, conveys the desire to serve as a representative agency and consultancy for Japanese citizens who were living and working in the UK at that time. JAC later established recruitment companies in other international regions and continued to diversify our service offerings, thereafter becoming known as JAC Group.
Since the beginning of our story in London, UK, our company has continued to grow and expand its network throughout the world. We are proud of the strong relationships we have cultivated over the past 47 years with our valued clients and candidates, many of which have been nurtured over time with continued mutual collaboration. We look forward to the future and our ongoing expansion into new markets and service areas, bolstered by the professionalism and expertise of our global team.
