By expanding our presence in emerging economies with remarkable growth, we are not only providing employment opportunities to local professionals, but also providing consulting around local culture and customs to MNCs entering into new markets. We are proud that such support offers a significant contribution to the economic development of the regions in which we operate.
Our business activities connect people and companies, contributing to the improvement of living standards recommended by SDGs. We support working to reduce poverty, improve health and well-being, access to quality education, and safe and hygienic working environments. JAC Group will continue to expand its support to people and companies in emerging countries.
In advanced economies such as Japan, we are dedicated to embodying the role that advanced economies should adopt in promoting SDGs. Currently, in Japan, we are providing subsidies to support childcare and establish exercise habits so that employees and their families can live healthy and motivated lives. JAC Group as a whole continues to carry out educational activities aimed at achieving a 100% non-smoking rate and tree-planting CSR activities involving the contributions of all members of staff. We are working to create an organization that is highly conscious of social contribution, as well as promoting and supporting the health of our employees.

JAC Group's PPP project is a reforestation initiative whereby one tree is planted for every person who changes jobs through an introduction by one of our Group companies. 'One Placement creates one Plant to save the Planet'. This embodies our hope that as the seedling grows, the job changer will also flourish in his or her new environment. In addition to the regeneration and preservation of reforested areas, this activity has led to the promotion of local employment through work in cooperation with local residents in Borneo and Bali. Through this Group-wide initiative, we will continue to contribute to the greening of local communities, employment promotion, and the hope for the growth and development of our client companies and registered members.

Smoking Cessation Support
To ensure we perform to the highest standard, it is essential for our employees to be healthy. With this in consideration, we aim to encourage all employees of the Group to become non-smokers, providing support for smokers aiming to quit. In Japan, our company has been selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi for recognition under the Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organisations Recognition Program.
