JAC Group appoints Nic Taylor as Country Managing Director of JAC Recruitment Malaysia

Today JAC Group announced Nic Taylor has been appointed Managing Director of JAC Recruitment in Malaysia. In this role, Nic will be responsible for the overall operations, sales, and business development of all three offices in the country, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru. He brings with him a wealth of experience in permanent, contract and global mobility.

Nic has over 16 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in Australia and Southeast Asia. He spent several years at Airswift, where he was responsible for managing the markets in Thailand, Malaysia, and other parts of Southeast Asia. He has a track record of successfully growing business lines in engineering, property, and information technology through his expertise in business development.

JAC Recruitment will focus on providing permanent and contract staffing solutions to companies in Malaysia, with a particular emphasis on multinational companies in the information technology, BPO, shared services, and industrial industries. The company will also continue to provide specialised recruitment and high-level client advisory services to companies with Japanese operations, a service it has been providing for the past 30 years.
