With respect to the resolution on the introduction of a new personnel system, approval was given to overhaul the system, including the digitisation of transfer procedures, the systematisation of appraisal processes, and the enhancement of talent management functions.

Concerning a resolution on the “Health Management Policy and Promotion Plan for FY2026”, approval was given for efforts to minimise presenteeism (reduced productivity while at work) by enhancing health literacy related to lifestyle-related diseases and the rate of taking follow-up examinations, and by improving exercise habits.

Concerning a report on the results of stress checks in FY2025, it was reported that a measure to promote exercise habits (physical fi tness testing and body composition measurement sessions) would be implemented to help improve sleep quality through moderate exercise.

Concerning a report on assessing the effectiveness of the Board of Directors in 2025, it was reported that the assessment for FY2025, which newly included questions regarding the eff ective selection process for directors and the business jurisdiction of operational directors, would be conducted from January 2026.
