JAC Group recognises local communities and governments as one of its key stakeholder groups and is committed to fostering and maintaining constructive relationships with them.

Revitalisation of Local Communities

Expansion of Regional Offices

The Company hopes to support the revitalisation of local economies by mobilising human resources in local communities and supporting the influx of U-turn and  I-turn talent. To this end, the Company has expanded its regional offices, increased the number of consultants, and strengthened cooperation with local governments and other stakeholders in each community.
Most recently, the Fukuoka Office opened in 2022, followed by the Tohoku and Hamamatsu Offices in 2023. In May 2025, the Hokkaido Office opened. This all resulted in the expanding of the Company's network from Hokkaido to Kyushu.
The Company has also made progress in breaking new ground with positions in the higher annual income range in local communities, and the number of deals closed in the executive area at its regional offices is increasing significantly every year. As a Good Citizen of each community, the Company will continue to work for regional revitalisation in cooperation with local governments through the supply of human resources that are indispensable for the growth of local economies and societies.
