JAC Group (JAC Recruitment Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries; hereinafter referred to as "the Group") recognises that ensuring robust information security to prevent the destruction or leakage of important information assets is essential for management, and is committed to information security in accordance with the following policy.
All Group directors, employees, and other related parties (hereinafter referred to as "related parties") who have access to important information assets shall comply with all laws, regulations, and contractual requirements related to information security when handling such information assets.
The Group will establish an organisational structure to maintain and manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
In order to maintain and manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, the Group shall establish information security management regulations.
To maintain and improve information security, the Group regularly educates and trains ”related parties” on the information security responsibilities and initiatives.
The Group shall implement appropriate requirements and management to ensure that our business contractors maintain the information security standards required by the Group.
In the event of an information security incident, the Group will promptly and appropriately respond to the incident and take appropriate management measures to ensure business continuity. Thereafter, appropriate measures are taken, including measures to prevent a recurrence.
To ensure the effectiveness of information security, the Group will regularly evaluate and review the Basic Policy on Information Security, as well as related regulations and management systems, and strives for continuous improvement.
