Improving Customer Satisfaction

Improving Corporate Client Satisfaction

JAC Group supports the growth of its client companies and the execution of their business strategies through its relationships with approximately 20,000 corporate clients. To provide specialised expertise, the Group has established 240 teams focused on specific industries or functions. Our professional consultants, who possess deep knowledge of their respective industries and functions, work closely with client companies to gain a thorough understanding of their business strategies and organisational challenges. By proposing the talent required to achieve those strategies and providing advice on recruitment activities, we strive to deliver the high value-added services that distinguish JAC Group.

In addition, the Group places strong emphasis on building organisational relationships with client companies. Rather than assigning responsibility to a single team, we leverage the expertise and networks of the entire Group to provide services that address the diverse talent needs of clients across multiple departments and locations.

To assess the effectiveness of these efforts and drive further improvements in service quality, the Company launched a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey covering approximately 2,500 major client companies in FY2025. In the survey conducted during the second half of FY2025, the Group achieved a strong NPS score of +23.9 points.*

As a professional recruitment consultancy, JAC Group will continue to enhance the quality of its services through ongoing dialogue with its clients. By delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and supporting the realisation of clients’ business strategies and sustainable growth, we aim to create lasting value for both our clients and society.

*Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an indicator used to measure customer loyalty and willingness to recommend a company’s services to others.

Improving Candidate Satisfaction

The Group’s database has more than 1.2 million registered candidates. The Group wants to be a long-term partner for its registrants and be who they consult first when considering their careers. In fact, about 40% of placements involve people who have registered in the past who the Company has been able to provide support to after having approached them again. And In FY2024, the six-month retention rate for candidates (permanent employees) who joined their companies through the Company remained high at 96.2% (-0.9 pt year on year).
To assess the effectiveness of these efforts and drive further improvements in service quality, the Company conducts quarterly NPS surveys of candidates who had their initial consultation with the Company, and its score in the fourth quarter of 2025 improved by 3.5 points year on year to -0.4. The results of each survey are carefully reviewed and fed back to each workplace to further raise the level of candidate satisfaction. As shown in the graph on the next page, despite some fluctuations between surveys, the results show an overall improving trend.

NPS Scores

Calculation Method for NPS Scores

Question
“How likely are you to recommend this service to a friend or colleague”? An answer is given on a scale of 0 to 10 for this question.

Classification
Critical individuals = 0‒6 points, Neutral individuals = 7‒8points, Recommending individuals = 9‒10 points

Calculation Method
NPS = % Recommending individuals ‒ % Critical individuals

Note: Japanese people tend to avoid extreme evaluations and tend to skew towards mid-range scores. Furthermore, although the neutral score in NPS surveys is “7‒8”, many Japanese people regard “5” as neutral, resulting in generally negative scores (typically around minus 15 or lower).
