- We accept applications for job vacancies for all occupations in Japan and in the overseas countries for which we have filed the required notifications and/or obtained the necessary permissions, namely: the Republic of Korea, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Singapore, India, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Federal Republic of Germany, and the United States of America.
However, we will not accept an application where its content violates applicable laws and regulations, or where working conditions such as wages and working hours are materially inappropriate when compared with standard working conditions.
- Applications for job vacancies must be submitted by the employer or its representative in person at our office using the prescribed job vacancy form. If it is not possible to visit our office in person, applications may also be submitted by post, telephone, fax, or email.
- When submitting a job vacancy application, please specify in advance the job description, wages, working hours, and other terms and conditions of employment by providing them in writing or by email.
If, due to urgency in providing our introduction service, it is not possible to specify such matters in advance in writing or by email, please specify the matters to be disclosed in advance by other means.

- Applications for job-seeking must be made by the applicant in person at our office using the prescribed job-seeker registration form.
- Those who constantly wish to engage in day labour or temporary work shall complete a special registration with us in advance. Upon presentation of a separately prescribed registration card, the procedures for job-seeker registration may be omitted.
- For job seekers, with due regard to the principle of freedom of occupational choice as provided in Article 2 of the Employment Security Act, we will make every effort to assist you so that you may promptly obtain employment suited to your wishes and abilities.
- For employers, we will make every effort to introduce job seekers who meet your requirements.
- In making an introduction, we will specify to job seekers in advance the job description, wages, working hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for the work to be undertaken, by providing them in writing or, if requested, by email.
If, due to urgency in providing our introduction service, it is not possible to specify such matters in advance in writing or by email, we will provide such specification in advance by other means.
- When introducing a job seeker to an employer, we will issue a letter of introduction. The job seeker should bring the letter of introduction when visiting the employer.
- Once we have accepted an application for a vacancy or job-seeking, we will take responsibility for making introductions.
- In order to maintain neutrality in labour disputes, we will not make introductions to an employer while a strike or lockout is in progress.
- Once employment has been decided, we will charge the employer a placement fee in accordance with the fee schedule set out in the appendix.
- While coordinating with public employment security organisations and other employment placement service providers, if we receive a complaint from job seekers or others in relation to our business, we will respond promptly and appropriately.
- Please report to us the results of any introductions we have made, from both the employer and the job-seeker. In addition, where a job seeker who entered into an open-ended employment contract as a result of our introduction leaves employment within six months of starting (excluding cases of dismissal), please report this to us.
- We will handle personal information obtained from job seekers or employers appropriately in accordance with our Rules for Proper Management of Personal Information.
- When providing information on job vacancies or job-seeking through advertisements or other means, we will not make false statements or statements that may cause misunderstanding. In addition, to ensure that such information is accurate and up to date, where we receive a request from employers, job seekers or others to discontinue provision of such information or to correct its contents, or where we confirm that such information is not accurate or up to date, we will respond without delay. We will also take measures to confirm regularly with employers or job seekers whether the information remains up to date, or to make clear the point in time to which the information relates.
- We will not engage in any discriminatory treatment of job seekers or employers in relation to acceptance of applications, interviews, guidance, introductions, or related services, on the grounds of race, nationality, creed, sex, social status, family origin, former occupation, trade union membership, or any similar reason.
- The scope of occupations and other business scope we handle covers all occupations in Japan and in the overseas countries for which we have filed the required notifications and/or obtained the necessary permissions, namely: the Republic of Korea, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Singapore, India, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the United States of America.
- While our rules on the operation of our services are as described above, all of our business is operated in accordance with laws, regulations, and administrative guidance related to the Employment Security Act. If you have any questions, please ask a member of staff for further details.
- Employees within each business establishment who handle personal information shall be those engaged in employment placement services. The person responsible for the personal information protection function shall be the employment placement manager at each business establishment.
- All employees within each business establishment who handle personal information shall receive training and guidance on the handling of personal information once per year. In addition, employment placement managers shall attend an employment placement manager training course at least once every five years.
- Where a request for disclosure of information is made by the individual to whom the information relates, the person responsible for the personal information protection function shall disclose, without delay, information based on objective facts such as the individual’s qualifications and work experience. Furthermore, where a request for correction (including deletion; the same applies hereinafter) is made based on such disclosure, and where the content of the request matches objective facts, the correction shall be made without delay.
We receive placement fees from employers (client companies) on a success-fee basis.
All job change support services provided to registered candidates are free of charge.
Pursuant to the Employment Security Act, we disclose below the fee rates and commencement fee that have been notified to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
The fees and commencement fee below represent maximum amounts. The fee rate applicable to your company will be stipulated separately in the application form and contract.

In principle, where a job seeker we introduced resigns for personal reasons within three months after joining, we operate a refund scheme under which we will refund 50% of the placement fee.
