Global Compact (UNGC) Content Index

JAC signed the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in April 2024 and was registered as a participating company. At the same time, the Company joined the Global Compact Network Japan (GCNJ), a local network comprising Japanese companies and organisations that support and participate in the UNGC. JAC Group is committed to advancing initiatives that support the implementation of the UNGC’s Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.

JAC Group supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the United Nations Summit in 2015 and aims to contribute to the realisation of a sustainable society through its business activities. Among the 17 SDGs, the Group has identified seven goals that it considers particularly relevant to its business and is promoting initiatives to help achieve them. The Group also seeks to contribute to the advancement of issues that are not included among these seven goals, such as poverty eradication and education. By connecting professionals active on a global scale with organisations that promote international cooperation at the local level, the Group aims to contribute to their development.
