At the same time, JAC Group recognises the risks associated with the use of generative AI, including breaches of laws and regulations, human rights violations, and information leakage, and uses generative AI responsibly under appropriate governance.
Generative AI is intended to support human judgement. Important decisions must be made by people.
When using generative AI, due care must be taken to ensure that it does not contribute to unjust discrimination or bias. In recruitment services in particular, diversity and fairness must be respected.
Personal information, client information, and other information that must be protected in the course of business must be handled appropriately in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal rules.
The impact of outcomes produced through the use of generative AI must be understood, and accountability must be fulfilled where necessary.
